We are looking for a Sales Enablement Programme Manager (f/m/d) who is passionate about empowering go-to-market (GTM) teams with the tools, skills, and resources they need to succeed. Your main tasks will be:
Holistically planning and executing the GTM Enablement strategy in close collaboration with GTM Management
Designing and delivering impactful development programs for GTM teams
Identifying development opportunities and defining suitable enablement initiatives to close the gaps
Leading and developing a standardized GTM onboarding program to ensure a fast ramp-up for new hires
Planning and delivering engaging, timely, and high-quality trainings
Maintaining a centralized repository of sales resources and best practices
Aligning enablement initiatives and priorities closely with GTM leadership
Ensuring the use of state-of-the-art enablement technology and keeping up to date with innovation trends
Must-haves:
A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in GTM Enablement within a B2B start-up environment
Strong passion for driving impactful enablement initiatives that create real business impact
Familiarity with sales enablement technologies and learning management systems
Proven program or project management experience
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
Bonus points for:
Own sales or business development experience
Experience in working in a SaaS environment and with cross-functional international teams
Competitive Compensation and Benefits:
We recognise and reward talent. In accordance with the Austrian collective agreement, the minimum gross monthly salary for this position is EUR 3,724. However, the actual compensation package will be tailored to your qualifications and experience and is therefore likely to be higher.
