Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for Slovak-speaking customers seeking assistance with car-related inquiries, products, and services.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by effectively addressing and resolving issues.
• Collaborate closely with automotive specialists to provide accurate information and support to clients.
• Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions in the CRM system for follow-up and quality assurance.

• Fluency in Slovak and English, both written and spoken.
