Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to Slovenian-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
• Efficiently resolve customer inquiries and issues to ensure an excellent service experience.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of our products and services to assist customers effectively.
• Accurately document customer interactions in the company’s CRM system for future reference.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to identify and implement service improvements.
• Participate in training and development sessions to keep skills sharp and up-to-date.
• Share insights and suggestions for enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency.

• Fluent in Slovenian, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
• Strong communication skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools is a plus.
