This dynamic position allows you to play a crucial role in helping customers who find themselves in emergency situations while enjoying the rich culture and history that Athens has to offer. As a member of our team, you will provide immediate support and guidance to Slovenian-speaking clients, ensuring their safety and peace of mind during roadside emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to emergency calls from Slovenian-speaking customers in a professional and compassionate manner.
• Assess the customer's situation and provide clear and effective guidance while coordinating assistance.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests in the company’s database.
• Work collaboratively with local service providers to ensure timely assistance and resolution.
• Provide excellent customer service, showing empathy and understanding in stressful situations.
• Participate in training sessions to continually improve service delivery and response techniques.
• Offer suggestions and feedback for enhancing service quality and customer satisfaction.

• Fluency in Slovenian and English, both written and spoken.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a strong ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving aptitude to effectively address customer inquiries.
• Previous experience in customer service or emergency assistance is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong commitment to providing a high standard of service and fostering customer trust.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece
