• Act as the technical lead for designing and architecting solutions based on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud
• Develop cross-platform integration concepts to ensure seamless connectivity between Salesforce and other enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, e-commerce, analytics platforms) 
• Analyze customer requirements and translate them into scalable, future-proof solution architectures in close collaboration with development teams
• Design data models, segmentation strategies, and activation logic within Salesforce Data Cloud to enable real-time, personalized customer engagement
• Conduct workshops with clients, present architectural decisions, and provide strategic guidance on leveraging the Salesforce ecosystem effectively
• Mentor and support junior consultants in building their technical and platform knowledge
• Optionally contribute to presales activities by evaluating technical feasibility and supporting proposal development

• You hold a degree in (business) informatics, computer science, business administration or a comparable degree  
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, combined with practical experience in Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly CDP)
• Deep knowledge of tools such as Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Data Extensions, and API-based integrations
• Proven experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, especially in areas like data modeling, identity resolution, segmentation, consent management, and cross-channel activation
• You speak business German and English fluently and convince with your communication and problem-solving skills 
• Ideally certified as a Marketing Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Developer, or Data Cloud Accredited Professional
• Proficient in SQL, AMPscript, SSJS, REST/SOAP APIs, and web technologies
• Technical affinity and enthusiasm for new, innovative concepts.
