Arbeitsbeschreibung - Support Engineer Headquarter (m/w/d)

You communicate with our customers in the DACH region and also worldwide
You cooperate with our development departments and the project management team at HQ Salzburg
You are the first technical contact for our customers in case of questions and problems
You help to diagnose and solve technical problems remotely and thus ensure the satisfaction of our customers
Thanks to your support, stadiums, exhibition centers, amusement parks and ski slopes all over the world fill up...

Completed technical training (apprenticeship, HTL) or relevant professional experience in the IT sector
Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts in an understandable way
Flexibility and willingness to work occasional weekends
Team player - at national and international level
Good written and spoken English skills
