Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to Swedish-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Efficiently resolve customer inquiries and technical issues, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Stay informed about the latest products, services, and updates to offer accurate assistance to customers.
  • Document all customer interactions in the company’s CRM system for record-keeping and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements.
  • Participate in training and development programs to continuously enhance your product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Proactively contribute innovative ideas for improving processes and customer engagement.
  • Fluent in Swedish, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is essential.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in customer service or technical support is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support platforms.
