We are looking for talented people that live and breathe for a great product. The ones who are great at translating business requirements into user stories and love collaborating with engineers and domain experts. Is that you? Then we would like to get to know you!
At Bluecode the product team is responsible to discover what users need, prioritizes what to build next, and rallies the team around a product roadmap.

Product development: Managing the entire process of developing new products, from idea to market launch.
Market research: Conducting in-depth market research to identify customer needs, market trends and the competitive landscape.
Strategic Planning: Develop product marketing strategies and launch campaigns that drive product adoption and growth.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with the technical team to implement product specifications to ensure alignment with customer expectations.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse performance metrics, customer feedback and market data. Make decisions based on data to adjust product strategies for optimal results.
