Arbeitsbeschreibung - Working Student (Tech/Business Focus/Lead Gen) (m/f/d)

We are looking for a motivated Working Student with a background in technology or business who enjoys working with data and supporting various strategic initiatives. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in lead generation, data analysis, and business support while working in a dynamic and fast-growing environment. 
  • Student in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, or similar).
  • Analytical Mindset: Enjoys working with data, numbers, and insights.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable handling tools, spreadsheets, and CRM systems.
  • Proactive & Detail-Oriented: Willing to take initiative and support different teams efficiently.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in German and English.
  • Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, BI dashboards, etc.).
  • Knowledge of lead generation processes and CRM tools.
  • Interest in digital advertising, AdTech, or programmatic media.
  • Lead Generation: Support the team in identifying new business opportunities.
  • Data Analysis: Process and analyze partners´ performance and operational data.
  • Business Support: Assist with ad hoc research, reporting, and strategic projects.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to optimize processes and improve efficiency.

We are willing to pay more than the collectively agreed minimum salary, which is EUR 1,994.50 per month for a 38.5-hour week.
