RnD Operator for state-of-the-art Multi-Beam-Mask-Writers (m/f/d)

We are seeking a technically inclined, self-motivated, and diligent RnD Operator for our newest and not yet released Tool in the Research & Development department. If you thrive on the challenge of working on complex technical equipment and ensuring its optimal operation, this opportunity is for you.

Your Responsibilities:

• Independently execute and document experiments and new processes.
• Continuously optimize electron optics based on experimental data.
• Assist in acceptance testing of new software and hardware components for multi-beam lithography equipment.
• Support service activities on the device.
• Aid in planning personnel to ensure smooth tool operation.

Your Qualification:

• University degree (Bachelor-degree) in a relevant field (e.g., physics, electrical engineering, process engineering)
• Knowledge of vacuum systems, electronics, measurement technology, and mechanics
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Knowledge of Linux (advantageous)
• Experience working in cleanroom environments (advantageous)
• Careful, precise, and structured approach to work with a hands-on mentality
• Enjoyment of varied work and a passion for solving challenging problems
• Independent and self-motivated work style
