The family-owned company Aiya is Japan's largest producer of premium Matcha green tea (champagne in the world of teas). Aiya has a global market share of over 60 percent in this segment. With over 135 years of experience in the production of exquisite teas, our products set the benchmarks for tea and tea products in the food sector year after year. Aiya Europe, with offices in Hamburg and Vienna, is responsible for distribution in Europe. Our product portfolio covers the entire spectrum from bulk products for industrial customers to retail products for end consumers. We have been IFS Broker certified since 01.01.2021. For our branch in Vienna, KISSA Tea GmbH, we are looking to fill the position as soon as possible:

Sales Assistant (m/f/d) 

Fulltime – Vienna

• Close cooperation with the sales team 
• Support with customer work and sales projects
• Maintaining data in our CRM database
• Carrying out evaluations and analyses
• Collaboration in campaigns to address different customer groups

You are motivated and always give it your all. You like to work independently and in a structured manner and are prepared to give your all and provide comprehensive support to our sales staff.

• You work independently, have a confident manner, are eloquent and have a high willingness to learn
• You are analytically gifted and have a talent for organization
• Experience in sales/sales-related departments and commercial knowledge are an advantage
• You speak German and one of the other languages French/English/Italian/Spanish business fluently or as a native speaker
• You have a class B driving license

An annual salary of at least €27,230 on a full-time basis is envisaged for this position. A higher salary is possible depending on qualifications.
