Part-Time

As part of our team, you will accompany our customers on their journey into the world of Wolford. With charisma and a natural enthusiasm for luxury goods, you will provide expert individual advice to our customers and offer them a unique shopping experience.

Your Tasks:

• Offering outstanding advice and close support to our international clientele
• Attracting new customers for our customer retention program and informing customers about our latest promotion and boutique campaigns
• Merchandise management and in-store merchandising
• Remote selling via WhatsApp
• Arranging the store and creating an exceptional customer experience
• Processing information via MS office
• Cash register

Your Profile:

• 2-4 years of relevant shopping experience
• Strong fashion sense and ability to interpret trends
• Understanding of retail KPIs
• Strong sales skills
• You are willing to work flexibly
• You are reliable, even in stressful situations
• You have a proactive and independent attitude with a well-developed sense of responsibility
• Good knowledge of English is a must. Any other language is an advantage
