In this role, you will be responsible for the sales performance and customer relationship management within your assigned territories. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the attainment of sales goals, acting as a liaison between various company branches and customers, and providing valuable feedback to internal partners. Your primary objective is to strengthen, expand, and develop business within your territories by executing and managing the sales agenda, surpassing competitors, and thus increasing the market value of Black Diamond. We are looking for a dedicated SALES MANAGER (F/M/X)to join our team at the Innsbruck office, playing a key role in our company's success through primarily in-house and office-based activities.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and increase market share
Take ownership of the entire sales process for your sales region, from lead generation to contract closure
Attainment of commercial goals by strengthening existing distribution channels and actively pursuing new business and sales opportunities
Forecasting and creation of commercial budgets, including revenue and expenses
Tracking sales performance using your expertise, feedback, and close collaboration with key accounts
Point of contact for internal and external partners
Forward-thinking collaboration with your colleagues within Black Diamond and Pieps
Representing the company at customer meetings, trade fairs, and events (approximately 20% travel readiness)
WHAT YOU IDEALLY BRING WITH YOU
You are able to analyze information from various sources and deliver entrepreneurial decisions in favor for the business
You have an eye for details and enjoy creating and extracting data in/from various tools (eg MS Office, ERP)
Several years of experience in the sales field
Fluent in written and spoken English and German
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Independent and results-oriented work approach
Ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
