Sales Manager for Metallurgical Services (f/m/*)

What are my responsibilities?

The department MS AT S (Metallurgical Services) is searching for a Sales Manager (f/m/*) and assigns following tasks:

Acquire new service and small modernization projects by understanding our ideal customers and how they relate to our products

Develop and maintain relationships with key clients

Manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts and develop new customers

Design and implement a successful sales strategy for the dedicated sales market by CRM utilization

Expand and maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors

Achieve effectively set sales targets in regard of volume, profitability and portfolio

What do I need to qualify for this job?

Sales Manager Qualifications/Skills: 

Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills

Experience using CRM to manage the sales process and forecast sales

Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns

Ability to design and implement a successful sales strategy

Contract negotiation skills

Planning, organization and problem-solving skills

Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in commercial and/or technical studies

Experience or knowledge in metals industry and/or after sales service

Three to five years of sales experience

Willingness to travel 60%

English: business fluent

What else do I need to know?

The minimum annual gross salary for this position under the collective agreement and assuming that all requirements are met is EUR 50.286,18 (F/00) or EUR 58.788,80 (G/00). This could rise considerably, depending on qualifications and experience.
