Job Description

We are looking for a Senior CX/CIM Consultant & Pre-Sales Lead for our Customer Experience & Interaction Management practice in Tieto Tech Consulting.

This role sits at the intersection of CX Consulting leadership, customer engagement and pre-sales excellence. You will partner with Sales, Solution Architects and Delivery teams to consult customers, shape solutions, drive customer workshops, and support end-to-end presales activities. 

 

When joining Tieto Tech Consulting as a Senior CX/CIM Consultant & Pre-Sales Lead, you: 

  • Lead pre-sales engagements, including solution design, workshops, business and technical consulting and customer presentations 

  • Translate business needs into robust, scalable CX/CIM technical architectures 

  • Evaluate platforms, integrations and technologies with objective technical rigor 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solution proposals with delivery capabilities 

  • Support bid responses, technical estimations and proposal content 

  • Act as trusted business and technical advisor to both customers and internal stakeholders 

  

Who we are looking for:   

You are a motivated and experienced CX consultant with: 

  • Proven experience in CX, Customer Interaction Management or contact center platform solutions 

  • Strong technical background in enterprise architecture, systems integration and APIs 

  • Hands-on experience with customer-facing pre-sales or bid support activities 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to engage both technical and business audiences 

  • Proactive behavior 

  • A solution-oriented mindset with analytical problem-solving skills 

  • Fluency in English and German
