Our client is a technology-driven financial services company with offices worldwide. Their teams combine in-depth research, advanced technology, and large-scale data analysis to solve complex business challenges and support data-driven decision-making.

Your Profile

• 2-3+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field


• Strong programming skills in Python, especially in a data engineering context


• Experience building and maintaining data pipelines, ETL processes, and data applications


• Strong knowledge of relational databases (SQL/PostgreSQL) and experience with NoSQL databases


• Experience designing reliable, maintainable software solutions with a strong engineering mindset


• Familiarity with cloud and infrastructure technologies such as AWS, Docker, Kubernetes is an advantage


• Experience with tools like Apache Airflow or similar workflow orchestration frameworks is a plus


• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to independently solve complex technical problems


• Curious, proactive, and comfortable working in a highly autonomous environment


• Fluent in English and German 

Your Role

• Build and maintain the data infrastructure supporting the business


• Develop, test, and optimize Python-based data applications, frameworks, and services


• Design reliable pipelines to collect, process, store, and distribute large datasets


• Improve data platforms, libraries, and internal frameworks to increase team efficiency


• Ensure data quality, reliability, and accessibility across the organization


• Contribute to technical documentation, code reviews, and production support


• Take ownership of solutions from idea to implementation

Annual gross salary: STARTS from €75,000 (Depending on experience and skills)
