Senior Industrial Designer/Customer Experience Designer (m/w/d)

 We are looking for a Senior Industrial Designer with in-depth knowledge of customer experience design. 

• Researching new developments in the hospitality and events industry and conducting market research to identify new trends
• Map and optimize the customer journey for our guests in restaurants, at events, and in the airline industry. Identifying key moments and designing physical touchpoints involved.  
• Developing creative design solutions for packaging, tableware, interior design and furniture for the Airline Catering, International Event Catering, and Restaurants, Lounges and Hotel divisions. 
• Prototyping and preparation of technical drawings 
• Taking responsibility for driving projects forward from start to finish and working closely with the procurement team and manufacturers to ensure a smooth process.
• Join forces with the broader DO & CO creative team to develop concepts, create mood boards/look & feel/presentations, photomontages & collages 

• 7 years of relevant work experience in high profile and premium brands 
• Professional experience in an (in-house) agency and/or in an international environment is an advantage 
• Strong conceptual knowledge and the ability to present this in presentations with high level of details.
• Excellent three-dimensional understanding, extraordinary sense of space, atmosphere, materials, and design 
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Suite, 3D programs (Rhino), freehand sketches is an advantage 
• Ability to adapt to changing conditions in a fast-paced work environment
• Passion for new culinary developments and trends in the world of hospitality
• Self-motivated, and capable of self-direction 

• Salary that matches your level of expertise- 55,000 EUR (gross) yearly
