Senior Online Marketing Manager - 100% remote

For our 100% remote team of highly experienced professionals, we are looking for several Senior Online Marketing Managers to spearhead strategic marketing initiatives and drive growth in digital channels.

What you will do

• You develop and execute effective marketing plans and strategies to achieve business objectives
• You improve the performance of digital ads and digital advertising campaigns through strategic optimization techniques
• You are in charge of data-driven decision making: utilize data analysis to make informed decisions and drive results
• Additionally you enhance search engine visibility and drive targeted traffic through SEO and SEM tactics
• You lead the development and execution of content marketing strategies
• Lastly you foster teamwork and lead collaborative efforts across departments

What you bring

• You have at least 7+ years of experience in Online Marketing 
• You possess advanced skills in digital advertising techniques and platforms
• You know how to make strategic decisions based on data insights and analysis
• You excel in SEO and SEM practices to drive online visibility and traffic
• Additionally you are experienced in developing compelling content strategies to engage target audiences
• You know how to lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• You are fluent in German and English both written and spoken
• On top you have excellent communication skills to talk clearly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Bonus points

• You have experience working in the Insurtech, Fintech or Proptech domains
• You possess proficiency in emerging technologies
