Senior Product Experience Designer (m/f/x) - Account Experience

As a Senior Product Experience Designer, you'll join a global team of designers & researchers sitting across our R&D labs in Austria, Poland, Spain, and the United States. The Account Experience Solution is a core part of the overall Dynatrace organization, enabling customers to experience world-class end-to-end account management, from discovering the platform, to get transparent insights and consumption information.

Your role at Dynatrace

You'll be part of our outstanding Account Experience team , building the next-generation account and subscription management platform that provides simple, flexible, transparent insights and enables self-service to maximize customer value. You’ll play a key role in bringing our in-house developed Dynatrace Platform Subscription experience to the next level. On top of that, you’ll enable new customers to discover the full Dynatrace value.

As part of UX Guild at Dynatrace, a community that connects Dynatracers across areas, features, and competencies, you’ll:

• Act as a customer advocate while continuously partnering with lead product engineers, software engineers, product architects, and other design practitioners to help bring our product value to our customers.
• Evaluate tech constraints, understand and work around dependencies, tech requirements, user requirements, and the related impact on the product's user experience.
• Foster a human centric design approach by communicating the voice of our customer to our product management team, enabling customers to experience the main value coming from our Dynatrace Platform.
• Be hands-on to visualize, prototype, test, and measure design solutions – e.g., with information architecture, user flows, wireframes, mockups, but also user testing with surveys and interviews, usability heuristics, user-centered metrics, etc.
• Consider and design within UI standards, accessibility constraints, and responsive design aspects by leveraging our design system to build your designs. Contribute and help to evolve our design system.
• Craft solutions that are desirable, viable, and feasible while evolving our product’s language and improving existing design solutions to make them accessible and intuitive.
