Senior Project Manager (Streaming & Entertainment)

We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead projects for a major streaming and entertainment client, with a sharp eye on the German market. Native-level German is a strong advantage, alongside a passion for movies, shows or reality TV and an understanding of what drives conversations in the German entertainment space. 

You’ll be at the forefront of managing high-profile productions and campaigns, from on-side talent handling to end-to-end rollout coordination. With your organizational strength, cultural instinct, and audience-first mindset, you’ll keep campaigns on track, on trend, and impossible to ignore. 

• Lead Productions: Manage end-to-end project delivery, from pre-production planning and on-site coverage during shoots and events to seamless post-production workflows as first point of contact for client, talent and team.
• Manage Campaigns: Oversee end-to-end campaigns for new show and film releases, handling talent relations, client expectations, and KPI-driven goals, with a sharp eye for social content that truly entertains and engages the right audiences.
• Drive Cultural Relevance: Track (reality) TV, pop culture, and entertainment trends in the German market, ensuring campaigns spark and sustain conversation.
• Organize Seamlessly: Coordinate timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple stakeholders to ensure flawless execution.
• Collaborate Effectively: Partner with creatives, strategists, and technical teams to deliver impactful, on-brand outcomes.
• Ensure Quality Delivery: Uphold LOOP’s standards by reviewing deliverables and aligning all outputs with campaign objectives.
• Balance On-Site & Remote: Combine hands-on presence at productions (willingness to travel is required) with efficient coordination in hybrid workflows.
• Fluency in German and English is required.

At LOOP, we believe great work deserves fair pay — and that transparency builds trust. For this role, the gross annual starting salary (full-time, based in Austria) is EUR 50,000.
