Senior Service Excellence Leader (m/f/d)

office-based in Vienna, Austria

The Opportunity

Manage Global Service Excellence activities to optimize Capital and Service Business, and support overall Abbott Vascular (AV) Business through, analytics and digitization.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage all analytics and KPI management for Global CES organization, primarily in PBI.
• Develop, document and maintain data governance processes, design, and workflow.
• Plan and implement service processes optimized for analytics and reporting.
• Working and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide process engineering for operational processes to maximize efficiency and hence contribute towards gross margin improvement.
• Identify specific opportunities for customer experience, efficiency or revenue opportunities.
• Guide/support service operations leaders to identify process gaps improve service delivery and customer experience.
• Contribute to regional and global service strategy.
• Liaise with service leaders globally to identify opportunities for continuous improvements.  
• Communicate project updates and status regularly with the appropriate stakeholders, identifying barriers, opportunities and solutions.

Your Profile

• Degree in Science or Engineering with at least 10 years’ experience in business analytics related to Capital Services.
• Ability to write, speak, present and follow work instructions in English without any assistance
• Excellent communication skills in 1 on1 and presentation mode.
• Familiar with medical device industry standards, such as ISO13485 and IEC60600
• Willing to work and travel under stress and tight timeline, work overtime when needed

The annual gross salary for this position is at least EUR 82.000,- (full-time basis / 38,5h).
Depending on experience and qualifications, we will determine the actual salary during a personal interview.
