Senior Transformation Manager (m/f/d)

To strengthen our motivated Group Strategy & Transformation Team in Vienna, we are looking for a passionate Senior Transformation Manager (m/f/d).

Your Role

• As Senior Transformation Manager, you lead international transformation/improvement projects across all Divisions and functions of MM Group
• Examples for such projects are: Re-organization, restructuring, integration of acquisitions, commercial and operational excellence - for individual sites or entire Divisions
• You are the project manager for these projects - depending on the type of project, you run analyses, conduct interviews and workshops, develop recommendations and action plans, track status and progress - in alignment with team members and senior management
• Current focus is on a company-wide transformation project which requires support on a broad range of topics - from TMO type of work to deep dives on topline, operations, supply chain, procurement or SG&A
• You will have a steep learning curve and a lot of senior management interaction

Your Profile

• You have a completed University degree in Business Administration, Engineering or similar
• You gained at least 3 years professional experience, ideally from management consulting (at least Senior Consultant level) or from similar role in the industry (corporate development, corporate strategy etc.)
• You bring ideally experience across a number of functional topics (e.g. operations, supply chain, restructuring, sales) and in industries similar to ours
• You have strong analytical and communication skills, a solid understanding of business, a hands-on mentality, and an action-oriented approach
• You work independently, in a well-structured, precise, and diligent manner
• You are open and flexible for new challenges in a dynamic working environment
• As a communication talent, you are fluent in German and English (C-Level)

For this position, an annual compensation package starting at € 90,000 gross all-in is offered according to your qualifications and professional experience.
