About the role

We are looking for a Site Lead to join the Facility Operations team who can marry chaos and structure with ease. This individual will be responsible for ensuring 24x7 continuous operation and security of critical infrastructure including all routine and preventive maintenance activities, as well as overseeing all Datacenter Technicians on site.

As a Site Lead, you will work with the Field Operations Managers and Datacenter Technicians to maintain a portion of our company’s 40,000+ assets, facilities, and hosting partners to ensure that everything is safe and functional. Your duties include working with onsite teams and overseeing day-to-day facility operations. Up to 10% travel.

Responsibilities

● Responsible for the maintenance, construction, repair, and refurbishment operations of one or more facilities or properties.

● Implements policies and procedures that ensure the optimal functioning of buildings, grounds, and associated equipment.

● Monitors daily building operations of all systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety, and waste management to ensure reliability.

● Tracks work orders for quality, adherence to service standards, and budgeted guidelines.

Qualifications

• A technical degree in information technology or equivalent certifications and job experience
• 5+ years of experience in a critical infrastructure environment
• Comfortable working with a team of technicians in a 24x7 operating environment
• Experience with electrical troubleshooting, HVAC, plumbing, security, and fire protection are preferred
• Experience with IT infrastructure maintenance is desired but can be acquired

Location: Monahans, Texas (on-site) with up to 10% travel.
