You speak fluent motorsport, from pit lane to podium, you understand the thrill, drama, and dedication behind every lap. Social media isn’t just a channel to you, it’s a dynamic storytelling platform where racing culture comes to life. You know how to capture the roar of the grid, the tension of a battle for position, and the pride of a team pushing to the limit and translate that into content that fans can feel. 

At the intersection of creativity and competition, you’ll lead the charge in shaping how customer racing is experienced online. With a hands-on role across strategy, publishing, and live coverage, you’ll make sure every post delivers impact, for fans, teams, and the brand alike. 

• Own the editorial calendar: Lead the planning, writing, and publishing of social-first content that captures the spirit of customer racing. 
• Craft with emotion: Select, refine, and create assets that showcase the intensity, passion, and human stories behind the sport. 
• Activate on race weekends: Cover events in real-time — onsite or remotely — to deliver fast, engaging content that drives excitement and reach. 
• Follow and set trends: Monitor motorsport and platform shifts to pitch timely, relevant content that cuts through the noise. 
• Make stories accessible: Break down technical info and racing formats into clear, captivating narratives that grow fan understanding. 
• Collaborate across functions: Align with creative, motorsport, and comms teams to ensure consistent, on-brand storytelling across all touchpoints. 
• Grow and engage the fanbase: Spark conversation, analyze performance, and adapt strategies to deepen fan connection and community growth.
