Requirements

• You will own and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand’s goals and values.
• You will create and manage a social content calendar, ensuring a consistent and engaging presence across all platforms.
• You will generate creative ideas and write briefs for always-on social content and bigger activations along with the client and additional brand collaboration partners, ensuring they are on-brand and on-trend.
• You will work at eye level with a Digital Paid Media expert and a Designer/Content Creator as core team members to drive channel growth, creativity, and performance in a holistic way.
• You will craft compelling and on-brand social media copy that captures our audience's attention and drives engagement.
• You will translate existing long-form editorial content into bite-sized, shareable social media posts and activations.
• You will engage with our audience, fostering a vibrant and positive online community.
• You will analyze social media performance, generate insights, and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and growth.
• You have a strong background in sustainable fashion, with a deep understanding of the industry’s nuances.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to consult and collaborate with high-end brand partners as equals.
• Creative thinker with a knack for generating innovative social media ideas.
• Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Excellent copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
• Min. 3-4 years experience as a Social Media Manager in an agency environment. 
• Excellent English language skills both written and verbal.
