• Entwicklung, Implementierung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von ITSM-Prozessen gemäß Best Practices wie ITIL
• Globale interne Ansprechperson für ITSM Themen
• Schulung und Unterstützung von Mitarbeitern in Bezug auf ITSM-Prozesse und -Tools
• Förderung des Bewusstseins und der Akzeptanz von ITSM-Praktiken innerhalb der Organisation
• Verwaltung und Optimierung der eingesetzten ITSM-Tools und -Systemen
• Weiterentwicklung und Support des Identity- und Accessmanagement Prozesses
• Analyse bestehender Prozesse und Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen
• Mitarbeit und Steuerung von IT Projekten mit Fokus auf IAM und ITSM
• Koordination von Servicepartnern

• Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (HTL/FH/UNI) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Abgeschlossene ITIL-Practitioner Zertifizierung
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT-Servicemanagement und/oder Identity- und Accessmanagement wünschenswert
• Projektmanagement Kenntnisse
• Zertifizierungen z.B. Scrum, IPMA Level C oder B von Vorteil
• Kommunikationsstärke – Deutsch (C1) und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
• Analytisches und lösungsorientiertes Denken sowie strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Gutes Auftreten, Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten

Zusätzliche Informationen:

Das Mindestgehalt bewegt sich je nach Ausbildung auf Basis Vollzeit (38,5 Wochenstunden) zwischen € 3.330,-- und € 4.270,-- brutto pro Monat (14 x p. a.).  Entsprechend deiner Berufserfahrung ist eine Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung gegeben.
