• Prozessentwicklung für die zollrechtskonforme Abwicklung von Drittlandseingangslieferungen
• Ansprechperson bezüglich Einfuhranmeldungen intern im Team, zu Kollegen in der Disposition und den Abladestellen sowie extern zur Zollbehörde
• Durchführung der systemseitigen Zollabwicklung (Zollfreigaben sowie Meldungen)
• Sicherstellung der Customs Compliance Richtlinien innerhalb des Unternehmens
• Unterstützung im Rahmen von Zollprüfungen (zB Anforderung von Verzollungsunterlagen, Prüfung Zollkostenabrechnungen, Belegkorrekturen im Zuge der Durchführung von Einfuhrverzollungen)

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Lehre (vorzugsweise Speditionskaufmann/-kauffrau) oder erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung HAK/HAS
• Zollrechtliches Basiswissen
• Erste einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Einfuhrzollabwicklung in Österreich wünschenswert
• Bereitschaft zum 2-Schicht-Betrieb
• Fundierte MS-Office Kenntnisse (insbesondere MS Excel und MS Word) erforderlich; MS Access und SAP wünschenswert
• Bereitschaft zum Erlernen neuer Betriebssysteme
• Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch (C1) und Englisch (in Wort und Schrift)

Zusätzliche Informationen: 

Das Mindestgehalt bewegt sich je nach Ausbildung auf Basis Vollzeit (38,5 Wochenstunden) zwischen € 2.891,-- und € 3.330,-- brutto pro Monat (14 x p. a.).
