Student Support Business Demand Management (m/f/d)

To strengthen our motivated Business Demand Management Team at our headquarters in Vienna, we are looking for a motivated Student Support (m/f/d) for 20h/week. 

Your Role

• You are responsible for improving and maintaining project plans in DevOps and active projects
• You will collaborate closely with Project Managers, providing support across a variety of projects and helping to ensure their successful execution
• You will be creating test cases in the system
• You will assist the team by building and managing dashboards, running queries, and generating reports to ensure project insights are accessible and actionable
• You will contribute to the creation and upkeep of the Project Handbook, ensuring that essential project guidelines and processes are well-documented and up-to-date

Your Profile

• You are currently studying in a technical or business related field
• Ideally, you have already gained some work experience or internships in a similar function
• You are equiped with excellent MS Office user skills, especially Excel and knowledge in Power BI and/or DevOps is an advantage 
• You convince with an analytical and precise way of working 
• You enrich the department with a high level of team orientation and commitment and enjoy working in an international environment
• You have good communication skills in English (C-level)

The salary for this position is € 2,346 gross per month on a full-time basis in the Bachelor studies / € 2,550 in the Master studies.
