Student Support IT Governance (m/f/d)

To strengthen our IT Governance Team at our headquarters in Vienna, we are looking for a motivated Student Support (m/f/d) for 20h/week. 

Your Role

• You prepare and create presentations, reports and analyses for the Information Management team and management
• You support the monitoring and controlling of IT projects and services, contributing to the creation of IT controlling reports and dashboards
• You assist in the development, maintenance and implementation of IT controlling guidelines and methods
• You work closely with our experienced IT Governance Team, providing support in the areas of IT Governance and IT Controlling
• You stay up to date on developments in IT applications, infrastructure, security and architecture within our Information Management organization

Your Profile

• You are currently studying in for your bachelor or master degree in the field of business informatics, informatics or comparable qualification
• First experience in IT Governance or IT Controlling is an advantage
• Your analytical thinking and structured working style make you the perfect candidate
• You posses the ability to simplify and summarize complex topics and prepare them in a target-group oriented manner
• You have excellent MS Office skills (i.e. PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams)
• You communicate in German and English at a C-level proficiency (both spoken and written)

The salary for this position is € 2,346 gross per month on a full-time basis in the Bachelor studies / € 2,550 in the Master studies.
