Supplier Quality Engineer (all)

Development of supplier qualification criteria and processes
Managing the introduction of new suppliers
Collaborate effectively with suppliers in resolving quality issues
Analyse supplier performance data for continuous improvement 
Implementing supplier quality and performance improvement initiatives 
Setting supplier key performance indicators (KPIs)
Coordinate and participate in supplier quality system audits
Liaising with cross-departmental teams on product and service quality requirements
Reporting on supplier quality performanceHigher technical education
2-3 years of experience in a similar role
Knowledge of English - level B2/C1
Excellent communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Team working skills
Knowledge and understanding of ISO-9001, ISO 45001, APQP, PPAP standards
Detail-oriented
Analytical and critical thinking skills 
Experience in conducting supplier quality audits
Ability to negotiate effectively
Willingness to travel
Creativity, inquisitiveness and results orientation
Very good knowledge of quality tools (8D, Ishikawa, 5W2H, risk management)
