Your responsibilities at waterdrop®:

• As a Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d), you are responsible for managing and executing waterdrop’s key growth channels, with a primary focus on B2B and order fulfilment operations.

• You ensure timely, accurate, and cost-efficient order execution.

• Monitor order progress and proactively resolve execution issues to meet service level agreements (SLAs).

• Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks within workflows and implement corrective actions to improve speed, accuracy, and customer experience.

• Analyse fulfilment and assembly performance using defined KPIs.

• Align cross-functional stakeholders on priorities, capacity constraints, and execution plans.

• Support the development of centralized and standardized warehouse management processes. 

• Support the planning and execution of supply chain projects.

Your strengths and qualifications:

• You have at least 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management.

• You have experience in project management and process improvement skills.

• Digital experience in warehouse management systems.

• Background in fast moving consumer goods.

• Education in a relevant field with preference to supply chain.

• You are fluent in both English and German.

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 55,000 gross per year on a full-time basis. Depending on your qualifications, there is the willingness for overpayment.
