SUSHI CHEF for an A la Carte Restaurant in Austria !

This is an amazing new Project to join an existing award winning Restaurant ( awarded with Gault Millau points similar to Michelin star in Austria & Germany )

The restaurant is located in a small tourist place. The closest big city is Salzburg, 1,30 hours away.

They are trying to attract the younger generation of guests who are in love in Sushi, Japanese & Asian fusion cuisine.

The Sushi chef will have freedom in implementing new dishes in the already existing Menu.

Requirements

We need a Qualified a Sushi Chef for the Winter season 01/12/2022 to 15/04/2023 for this lovely 4* Hotel in Austria.

They have just started implementing Sushi in their Menu and they also want to use local products to make their sushi, fusion dishes with local ingredients-Japanese cuisine.

Candidate specifications:

Â· Asian sushi chef with between 3-5 years experience in a la carte or fine dining restaurants
Â· Creative & ambitious to implement new dishes and use local fish ( river fish ) and local products to make signature dishes

Â· Good Mise en Place skills, quick and fast to be able to manage busy operation

Â· EU passport holder or EU Permanent resident

Â· Available to start by 01 December 2022

Starting date: 01/12/2022

Trial : to be arranged in Austria

Type of Contract: Seasonal or Permanent

Benefits

Salary package & Benefits:

between 2,200 to 2,500 EURO/Net per month x 12 months + staff accommodation

Medical & Pension insurance

25 days holidays

40 hours + 2 days off or 48 hours + 1 day off option
