Sustainability Assistant (m/f/d)

To strengthen our motivated Sustainability & Safety Team at our headquarters in Vienna, we are looking for a passionate Assistant (m/f/d). 

Your Role

• You provide high-level administrative support to top management, including scheduling, correspondence, and meeting preparation
• You create professional PowerPoint presentations, marketing materials, and reports
• You like to proofread documents, presentations, and communications to ensure accuracy and consistency and maintaining a polished and professional tone
• You assist with planning and coordination of internal and external events 
• You manage multiple tasks and priorities with efficiency and attention to detail
• You support other colleagues with administrative tasks if necessary

Your Profile

• You have already gained experience as a Management Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in an similar role
• You are experienced with MS-Office, especially PowerPoint
• You have a strong skill set in proofreading and editing for grammar, spelling, and style
• You are an organised, creative and punctual person with excellent time-management skills
• You bring the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• You have excellent communication skills in English (C-Level), German is an advantage

For this position, an annual compensation package starting at € 42,000,- gross all-in is offered according to your qualifications and professional experience.
