Are you familiar with the implementation of cyber security in the telecommunications industry and terms such as FRMCS , SIEM or PKI do not puzzle you? Then you are probably the right person to join our client as a System Engineer Cyber Security (f/m/x) . Who that is? The leading international provider of end-to-end communication solutions for mission-critical networks . The headquarters are located in the technology hub of Vienna.

A ll your core tasks

You are responsible for the technical implementation of cyber security functionalities 

You already have experience in creating detailed design documents for GSM-R , MCX and FRMCS solutions

The integration of components into SIEM , PKI and other relevant systems is also part of your tasks

You develop comprehensive test strategies and create the corresponding test plans

You will carry out tests both in the laboratory and on site at the customer's premises

You will also implement hardening measures to ensure security

You have a degree in electrical engineering / IT / telecommunications  or a comparable qualification

Experience in the telecommunications environment is a MUST

You have knowledge of cyber security requirements in the areas of LTE , 5G , FRMCS , IMS , SIP core , MCx and virtualization

You also have a sound knowledge of IP and Linux

You are able to work independently as well as in a team

English language skills are a must, German language skills are a good to have

Willingness to travel for on-site work with customers

For this position, our client offers a market-compliant salary of AT LEAST EUR 50,000 gross per year according to the collective agreement. This is of course only a formality. Our client would like to discuss your actual salary with you personally.
