Team Assistant (f/m/d) | Technology Company Cybersecurity

Our client is a fast-growing technology company specializing in the development and production of highly secure, rugged hardware for critical infrastructure and defense applications. The company is setting new standards in physical and digital cybersecurity. To strengthen the team at its Vienna headquarters, we are looking for a structured, reliable, and solution-oriented Team Assistant (f/m/d).

Your Responsibilities

• Administrative and organizational support of the team’s daily operations
• Calendar management, travel coordination, correspondence
• General office management and document administration
• Preparation of reports, presentations, and project-related materials
• Support in procurement, shipping, quote preparation, and pre-accounting
• Interface between internal departments and external stakeholders
• Participation in process optimization and workflow structuring

Your Profile

• Completed commercial education (e.g., business school, HAK, HLW) or equivalent qualification
• Initial work experience in an assistant, office, or project coordination role
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Strong communication skills, organizational talent, and sense of responsibility
• Independent, hands-on, and team-oriented working style
• Good command of German (spoken and written)
