Team Assistant (m/f/d)

To strengthen our dedicated and international MM Packaging team, we are looking for a motivated Team Assistant (m/f/d) in our Vienna headquarters.  

Your Role

• You proactively take on various administrative tasks like travel bookings, coordination of meetings and workshops
• You are responsible for planning various team events and a big meetings every year
• You confidentially handle sensitive information in memos, reports, invoices and documents
• You work closely with our MM Packaging plants (e.g. Spain, Austria, Germany)

Your Profile

• You have a commercial education (HAK/HBLA) or a degree in a business related field 
• You have already gained a minimum of 3 years experience in a comparable position and like to work in an international and fast-pacing environment  
• You are equipped with good MS Office user skills
• You work independently, in a structured manner and have a hands-on mentality with a strong focus on service orientation 
• As a communication talent, you are fluent in written and spoken German and English (C-Level)

For this position, an annual compensation package starting at € 40,000 gross all-in is offered according to your qualifications and professional experience.
