Technical GEO Growth Specialist (f/m/d) - full-time (38,5 hrs/week)

Walls.io is setting the standard on how brands collect and share content, with software they can trust. For over ten years, we’ve grown sustainably as a category leader in B2B SaaS, working with brands like Google, Amazon, Ferrari, FIFA, Cisco, TEDx, Deutsche Bank, and Prada.

We're looking for an experienced, growth-focused, technical GEO professional to help us grow our brand share of voice and increase the number of qualified sales leads we get from organic channels.

This is a growth role. You'll own organic growth from start to finish, set your own priorities, and be responsible for the results. You’ll report directly to Daniela Turcanu, Head of Marketing.

Own our GEO strategy

The goal is to make Walls.io the primary source AI engines actually cite for social media feeds, social APIs, UGC, and event marketing. You'll create E-E-A-T-driven content to build our brand presence and topical authority across LLMs and track our brand's share of voice.

Search and AI visibility don't stop at our own site. Where it moves the needle, you can build presence on platforms that shape both organic discovery and how LLMs perceive us: YouTube as a search engine in its own right and Reddit or LinkedIn strategies that feed brand authority and GEO. You decide which channels are worth the effort.

Run GEO growth experiments

Every month, you’ll propose, launch, and test a mini project outside your day-to-day: a new channel, content format, tool, or tactic, with success criteria defined upfront and measured throughout.

Manage SEO

Your day-to-day work covers a wide range of SEO topics, from discovering new search terms and building links to updating existing content and conducting regular technical SEO audits.

Automate

You automate before you're asked to. Audits, keyword research, competitor tracking, and reporting run on scripts, AI agents, or workflows you built, not manual pulls from GSC, Ahrefs, or PostHog every week.

What success looks like

In your first 3 months, you've set baselines and launched your first experiments. Over the following quarter, qualified signups and demo requests from organic channels are trending clearly upward, our LLM share of voice is climbing against competitors, and your core reporting and audits run automatically instead of by hand.

Who you are

• Experience: minimum 4 years of experience in SEO, preferably within SaaS. You understand how LLM-generated answers work.
• Proven track record: Experience in increasing organic traffic and generating business for a SaaS product.
• Skills: Strong communication skills. Exceptional written and spoken English. Technical background so you can read HTML/CSS/JS, reason about crawlability, publish mini websites independently, and write technical specs for developers when needed.
• You use AI every day. You've used tools like Claude or ChatGPT way beyond the chatbox. You already automate tasks like reporting, data analysis, audits, and content creation, focusing on outstanding results, no slop.
• Initiative is at the heart of this role. You must proactively identify opportunities or challenges and take action to address them without waiting for direction. We’re looking for a test-and-learn mindset.

You will work in a centrally located office with a lot of natural light and space in a renovated factory building. There’s a fully equipped kitchen with big dining tables, sound-proofed phone/video call booths, meeting and focus rooms, and a relaxation area.

Additional Information

• Position: Full-time (38.5 hours/week) based in Vienna.
• Salary: Based on your qualifications and experience, we offer a salary between EUR 55,000 and 70,000 gross annually (split over 14 salaries/year).
