About this opportunity

As Technical Service Engineer, you are a skilled engineer with practical knowledge covering the whole digital process chain and support customers after sales process is completed. In this position, you have a close connection to your customers and help them maintain and service their 3D printing systems in production environment. If you are a sympathetic, reliable, and resilient character who does not shy away from any challenge and enjoys traveling, you are highly welcome in our team.

In this role, you will…

• maintain, service, and repair industrial 3D printing production systems inhouse or at customers
• plan and support machine deliveries and machine commissioning
• plan and execute service assignments at customers
• support, consult, and train customers via telephone, mail, remote, or on-site
• ensure the satisfaction of your customers
• understand in detail the digital process chain to provide customer with best solution and product
• collect & act on customer feedback including requests for additional support from departments to meet customer requirements
• conscientiously document customer assignments and customer feedback

In this role, you’ll need …

• +5 year of experience in additive manufacturing or similar fields
• a technical bachelor’s degree preferably a master’s degree
• +5 years of hands-on experience working with additive processes
• experience in the use of CAD software
• technical problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• to be sympathetic and confident in the interaction with customers
• to be communicative, self-confident, fluent in German and English, able to work under pressure and with perseverance, accurate, and have an independent working style
• the willingness to travel (up to 30%)
