Technical Support Specialist (f/m/d)

Your Tasks

• Align group strategy on plant network optimization, decarbonizationand new product development.
• Prepare both annual and strategic mid- to long-term plant networkand capex plans.
• Develop tools and procedures for a global operations KPI dashboard.
• Prepare annual production KPI and cost targets with local operationsand controlling teams.
• Monitor production KPI and cost performance, escalating underperformanceand helping to define countermeasures.
• Support the development of tools for a central investmentdashboard, providing an overview of committed capex and capex reserves.
• Follow up and report on capex and production costs, creatingcentral dashboards and necessary processes.
• Coordinate the implementation of both plant network as well as technicalprojects with the Head of R&D and the Head of Engineering

Your Profile

• At least 5-6 years of experience in controlling or production
• Academic and work background in the process industry
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
• Expertise in plant network optimization and strategic thinking
• Expertise in operational excellence and lean thinking
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
• Strong communication skills and intercultural understanding

Our Offer
