Arbeitsbeschreibung - Technician / HTL Graduate (m/f/d) Electrical Engineering / Mechatronics / Automation

Our team develops cutting-edge quantum key distribution (QKD) systems and optoelectronic solutions for space and terrestrial applications. Creation and maintenance of CAD drawings and technical designs
Support in the development and integration of electronic components
Assembly, alignment, and integration of optical systems and components
Setup and commissioning of prototypes
Execution of tests, measurements, and validations
Commissioning and on-site support for the installation of our optical ground stations
Documentation of development and test results
Support in the further development of our systems
Optional / advantageous: PLC programming and automation

Completed HTL education (Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or a comparable field)
Several years of professional experience in a technical environment are an advantage
Solid understanding in at least one of the following areas:
- Electronics
- Mechanics / Design
- Automation
Experience with CAD tools
Structured and independent way of working
Hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for building and testing prototypes
Ideally, knowledge of PLC programming

The stated minimum gross salary for this position is € 35.476 per year (full-time, as defined by the collective agreement). The actual salary offered can be significantly higher and is determined based on your experience and qualifications, aligned with industry standards.
