• Erstellung und Standardisierung von Betriebsanleitungen (z.B. Aufstellungs-, Wartungs- und Bedienungsanleitungen)
• Koordination und Verwaltung technischer Dokumentationen mit den Engineering-Teams in den Business Units
• Erstellung von Teilelisten basierend auf Ausschreibungen
• Prüfung, Recherche und Anpassung von Lieferantendokumentationen
• Optimierung und Anpassung technischer Dokumente für digitale Medien
• Beauftragung und Koordination von Übersetzungsarbeiten
• Qualitätssicherung - Rückmeldung von Fehlern in Schlüsseldokumenten an die Engineering Abteilungen

• Technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, TU), idealerweise Maschinenbau, Mechatronik; alternativ Automatisierungstechnik, Verfahrenstechnik o.ä. - alternativ: mindestens 5 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
• Mindestens 2 Jahre praktische Erfahrung in der technischen Dokumentation
• Erfahrung im Kompressoren- oder Anlagenbau von Vorteil
• Versierter Umgang mit MS Office
• Kenntnisse in Photoshop, Inkscape, Acrobat, XML-Redaktionssystemen und CAD von Vorteil
• Deutsch (ab B2) und Englisch in Wort und Schrift 
• Strukturierte und logische Denkweise sowie hohe Genauigkeit
• Eigenverantwortung, Selbstständigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
• Kommunikationsstärke
• Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
• Team- und Organisationsfähigkeit

Zusätzliche Informationen:

Wir bieten ein attraktives Jahresbruttogehalt, das entsprechend der Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung individuell vereinbart wird. Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt für diese Position beträgt € 46.614,68 brutto pro Jahr.
