Your Role

• You are organizing tender documents independently
• You are facilitating clear and consistent communication and coordinating effectively with internal stakeholders
• You are analyzing cost calculations and handling customer price bid files with accuracy
• You are following up on tender feedback to support continuous improvement
• You are reporting key metrics and maintaining accurate records throughout the process

Your Profile

• You already gained at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the packaging industry
• You collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and work independently with a strong sense of ownership
• You have a sharp analytical mindset and confidently handle large data sets with precision and attention to detail
• You are proficient in MS Excel (including Macros, PivotTables, etc.) and Power BI, using these tools to turn data into insights
• You communicate fluently in written and spoken English and German (C1+), additional languages are an advantage
