You\u0027ll perform diagnostic tests, design test features and equipment, and create detailed specifications for new products. Your strategic planning of labor, schedules, and equipment ensures effective testing operations. Join us in shaping the future of precision and reliability at Lam.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do\n\n * Designs, develops, and implements cost-efficient methods to test and troubleshoot systemsand equipment for all phases of product development and manufacturing.\n * Prepares test and diagnostic programs, designs test fixtures and equipment, and documentsspecifications and procedures for new products.\n * Plans labor, cost, timeline, and equipment required for testing\n * Managing of work packages for Lam internal and external resources, who supports with testfixture design and ATAC coding\n * Transfer test fixtures to suppliers (including traveling and training)\n * Off- and On-side support for supplier\n * Support Manufacturing Engineering activities like assembly instruction creation, BOM andassembly verification for specific programs\n * Implement new ideas and defining new ways of testing to reduce costs and test time\n\n\n\n## Who we\u2019re looking for\n\n * Completed HTL Elektronik/ Mechatronik-Education preferred or relevant experience)\n * Bachelor degree in electrical engineering or equivalent study program \n * Programming skills (preferably Python)\n * MS office skills\n * Experience on lean manufacturing and Design for Manufacturing methodologies preferred\n * Hands on experience with CAD, NX or similar tools\n * Excellent oral and written communication skills in English\n * Self managed and proactive working style\n * Work overtime when required\n * Ability to travel to suppliers or other Lam locations\n\n\n\n## What We\u0027re Offering\n\nThis position is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) for Employees in the Metal Technology Industry in the occupation group E-F. A higher paymentis negotiable depending on education, expertise and skills.
