Transformation Manager (m/f/d)

Your Role

• You take a key role in executing our growth strategy by leading the integration of recent acquisitions
• You manage and drive international optimization and continuous improvement projects with a focus on operations and central service functions
• You take ownership of group-wide or site-specific transformation initiatives, ensuring effective project management
• You prepare and present strategic decision papers for MM Group’s Executive Board
• You’re part of a team of passionate professionals and lead international project teams with diverse backgrounds

Your Profile

• You have several years of experience leading transformation projects in an industrial environment
• You’ve spent at least 4 years in strategy or management consulting (e.g., Corporate Development, Corporate Strategy, or similar)
• You’re a proven project team leader and know how to manage multiple stakeholders – fluency in English is a must, German is a plus
• You have excellent communication skills, whether it’s a board presentation or team meeting, you adapt and deliver with impact
• You’re ready to travel up to 50% and enjoy making things happen on site
• You’re bold, solution-driven, hands-on – and you enjoy working with a diverse team
• You have analytical and strategic skills and you identify opportunities and drive clarity in complexity
• And yes, you’re also up for the occasional after-work hangout – great, so are we

For this position, an annual compensation package starting at € 70,000 gross all-in is offered according to your qualifications and professional experience.
