As an innovative company, we are looking for a dedicated UX Designer (m/f/d) who is ready to explore new paths and push the boundaries of what is possible. You will play a key role in the development of our products and act as the bridge between our customers' needs and our team's technical capabilities. Your goal: to design user interfaces that are functional, intuitive, and outstanding.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize user interfaces for a wide range of products
• Create and maintain UX guidelines and design systems to ensure a consistent user experience
• Conduct user research and usability testing to continuously improve our products
• Participate in special projects, such as integrating new technologies and platforms
• Collaborate closely with our development and product management teams to ensure our designs meet customer needs

Requirements:

• Completed studies in UX Design, Interaction Design, Media Design (HTL/FH/TU), or a related field
• Initial professional experience in UX design, preferably in a technology-driven environment
• Proficiency with common design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar
• Team spirit and willingness to share knowledge and grow together
• Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, user-friendly solutions
• Very good English skills to communicate and work internationally

This position is subject to the collective agreement governing employees in the metal sector. Your actual salary depends on your experience and qualifications. For the vacant position it will usually be set within the following range (gross per month, excluding overtime): EUR3,500.00 to EUR4,500.00.
