As a Validation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance within our manufacturing, packaging, and development operations. You will work collaboratively to ensure that all processes meet GMP requirements and support the successful launch of new initiatives and technical transfer projects.

Your main focus areas will include:

• Operational Support & Documentation: Prepare comprehensive GMP-compliant validation documentation for making, filling, and packing processes, supporting daily operations within a multi-functional team.

• Innovation & Process Validation: Collaborate closely with Process & Materials Development and Quality Assurance to validate processes for the introduction of new product and packaging innovations.

• Organizational Leadership: Actively enable, energize, and empower your team colleagues to achieve peak performance, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

• Compensation: This position is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement for Employees in the Chemical Industry in employment group III.

Job Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Pharmaceutical Technology.

• Demonstrated expertise in the Pharmaceutical Industry, with a strong understanding of GMP principles and regulatory requirements.

• Proficiency in English is required, coupled with a willingness to learn German.

• Proven track record of successfully delivering technical projects with multi-functional teams, demonstrating a proactive and results-oriented approach.
