Your missions are :

- Work closely with the S&I, UX European and central departments to decode and transform consumer needs into actionable levers for the R&I and Marketing teams in order to “design” the best product and packaging experiences and provide input to the innovation, renovation and reformulation strategy of Belgium and Netherlands.
- On product innovation : In collaboartion with S&I, indentify the unmet consumer need and guide R&I teams into product brief, thought sensory guidelines
- On on product renovation : established what needs to be protected in product experience and what needs to be enhanced to maximise consumer satisfaction
- In order to bring the best inno& reno recommendations to the organisation, set up the adapted learning plans, with the right sensory and consumer tools, in partnership with external agencies
- Co lead with S&I the superiority roadmap projection and execution. from test and project roadmap up to results valorisation into claims
- Set the right basis of tasting and product centricity inside projects and inside Belgium and Netherlands.

About you

Educational and professional experienced needed :
- 1 to 2 years experience in Food & Beverage industry UX roles or equivalent
- Required experience/background: Engineering, Sciences, Food - University studies (End of Master Degree)
- Statistical competencies on various methodologies from qualitative to quantitative
- Knowledge in consumer and sensory sciences
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Business orientated
- Interpersonal & cross-function relationship skills, focus on knowledge-sharing and development

Are you eligible for a V.I.E?

V.I.E is a Business France device allowing Europeans to work internationally for a designated company. This is a 6 to 24 months contract.

• You must be aged 18 to 28.
• You must have completed national service obligation.
• You must be a citizen of the European Economic Area.
• You must have never worked in the country in which you wish to do your VIE.

What are the contractual advantages of the V.I.E?
