Global Data supports the Digital Transformation within the Red Bull organisation, managing data & processes holistically as corporate assets. We combine fields like Data Science, Process Development, Project Management, Knowledge Management, Internal Communications and more. To strengthen our Communications, Learning & Knowledge Management Team, we are looking for an experienced Visual & Media Content Creator to join our Team!  

In this role you'll guarantee high quality, cost-efficient and timely communication without having to rely on external service providers / agencies. You'll create visual and verbal communication artifacts and content to be distributed through internal communications channel network e. g. intranet (HUB), digital posters, newsletters, etc.

CREATING CONTENT

In this role, it is your primary mission to create internal communication artifacts and materials (e. g. digital posters, newsletters, banners for standard information (e.g. new joiners, job offers, training offers, project /milestones / go-lives / achievements, presentation slide masters, templates, guidelines)

As a knowledgeable sparring partner, you'll create video content (e.g., leadership messages, team spotlights, event recaps, business talk interviews, new joiner shorts etc.). You'll deploy the internal branding concept and ensure consistency across all channels and initiatives.

STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT & COLLABORATION 

In this role, you'll be working closely with several stakeholders and are expected to build and manage relationships with internal service providers (e.g. Red Bull Media House etc.). You'll collaborate closely with Editorial Content Creators / Comms Champions for integrated content packages. 

You'll lead visual assets library and templates for internal use by e. g. our communications communities (Comms Champions) as well as enable easy access to visual design elements.

Finally, you'll ensure high production value, quality and timely delivery. 

• 5+ years of experience in visual communication
• Degree in graphic design, multimedia communication, or related field
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and/or Figma, Canva, etc.
• Experience in visual storytelling
• Experience with communication automation solutions (Rapidmail, MailChimp, etc.) is a plus
• Familiarity with Microsoft platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Microsoft Teams)
• Creative thinker with a hands-on mentality
• Self-driven, reliable, and resilient in a dynamic and fast changing environment 
• Analytical mindset and process-oriented thinking combined with conceptual competence 
• Ability to build relationships and work with people at all levels  
• German language is a plus

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,691 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
