About the role

Be the Leader Who Drives Results From the Floor, Not Just the Office

Are you a roll-up-your-sleeves kind of leader who thrives in a fast-paced, get-it-done environment? Do you love working alongside your team to solve problems, drive efficiency, and make an impact every single day? We’re looking for an experienced, people-first Warehouse & Operations Manager to lead our warehouse and fabrication operations at our Stainless Cable & Railing facility in Washougal, Washington.

This is not a logistics or purchasing role. This is for the boots-on-the-ground leader who takes pride in developing people, optimizing workflows, and owning the daily operations that keep a warehouse running smoothly. You’ll work onsite and lead all facets of our shipping, receiving, inventory, and fabrication processes, while collaborating with leadership based in Plymouth, MN.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily warehouse and fabrication operations with a strong presence on the floor.
  
  
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and output.
  
  
• Oversee and develop the shipping, receiving, and inventory control teams.
  
  
• Ensure safety, quality, and performance standards are consistently met or exceeded.
  
  
• Track and report on operational KPIs weekly to leadership.
  

What You Bring

• 4+ years of hands-on experience managing warehouse or distribution center operations (100K+ sq. ft.).
  
  
• Proven leadership and coaching skills—you motivate, train, and grow your team.
  
  
• Comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on daily operations.
  
  
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  
  
• Experience with WMS or ERP systems (NetSuite a plus).
  
  
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
  
  
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.

Position Details:

• Full-time Position: 40-50 hours a week
• Compensation is negotiable, commensurate with experience
