Field Service Expert & Academy Coordinator

The Global Product Management Team is seeking a passionate Expert in Field Service and Coordinator & Technical Trainer for our new Field Service Academy.
The Field Service Academy is our innovative internal training program designed to provide structured onboarding and career development for our technicians. As a key player in this initiative, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our field service professionals.
If you are a proactive self-starter with enthusiasm for field service, learning, and development, this role is perfect for you! You will report directly to the Global Product Management Team of Compression Division and collaborate with a dynamic group of professionals dedicated to excellence.

• Conduct modern and interactive seminars, workshops, and individual training sessions – both live and virtual – for internal Field Service colleagues and customers at all career stages, including technicians, supervisors and managers
• Develop comprehensive training sessions and corresponding materials (schedules, agendas, learning resources) and design, build and maintain our technical training centers
• Determine overall effectiveness of programs and trainings and implementing improvements as necessary
• Collaborate with business function stakeholders to evolve and expand curricula, leveraging best practices and innovative learning methods

Requirements

• At least 10 years proven technical experience in the part of Field Service (ideally for Rotating Equipment)
• Experience as a technical trainer, training specialist, or in a similar role
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• High motivation to help others develop their knowledge and skills
• A curious mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint
• A bachelor’s or associate degree in mechanical engineering, energy engineering, or a related field
